This is an invite only opportunity for Lieutenants, Assistant Lieutenants and Sergeants to come inspect your floats and mark members’ spots prior to the parade.
An email will go out to Lieutenants and Assistant Lieutenants with more details and the location(s) of this inspection.
COVID SAFETY:
Our priority is to keep all attendees as safe as possible. All current city/state Covid regulations will be in place for this event. Currently these regulations include proof of a negative PCR test within 72 hours of the event or a record of vaccination.
Final Rider Position Forms due. Ball tickets will be distributed to Table Captains.
King Arthur Parade Logistics will be gone over in depth at this meeting.
Lieutenants should send one representative to each Lieutenant meeting. If the actual Lieutenant of the float cannot attend, please see to it that an Assistant Lieutenant or another representative attends these meetings.
This will be our January throw distribution day. Items will need to be preordered by January 7th at noon to be eligible to be picked up the next day. Also on January 7th, the website will be closed to preordering any additional merchandise.
We anticipate all preordered merchandise to be available during this time. Cash and credit card will be accepted for day of purchases.
We plan to distribute some costumes to Lieutenants as well during this distribution.

The krewe store will be shutting down at noon on January 7th. This is the last day to purchase anything through the krewe store as a preorder.
Karmel Korn preordering will be turned off on this date.
We will be distributing all preordered merchandise except for any packages not named “Captain’s”, Sacks of Beads, Karmel Korn and Safety Harness’ during this time.
Cash and Credit Card will also be accepted for any day of purchases.
Please mark your calendars for our October throw distribution day happening on October 16, 2021 from 10AM – 1PM.
We will be distributing the Captains Packages as well as any other in stock merchandise at this time. Cash & Credit Card accepted.
