Members and Lieutenants opportunity to pick up preordered merchandise. Location is listed above and will be held from 10AM - 1PM We expect to distribute all preordered merchandise at this time with the exceptions of any packages and sacks of beads. We do anticipate on distributing Karmel Korn at this distribution.

Load Day Merchandise Sale – Group A

This will be a "Load Day" merchandise Sale held in Lot H held two days before our parade. **No previously preordered and unclaimed merchandise will be brought to the lot for distribution other than Sacks of beads and Bead packages.** Cash and credit card will be accepted for day of purchases.

Float Loading – Group A

King Arthur preordered package loading scheduled from 10am - 5pm and then Float loading Group A scheduled from 6pm - 10pm.

No general loading of any kind allowed on parade day. Parking not allowed in Lot H during parade day. Parking is available in Lot G at their rates or wherever else you may prefer.
