About Our MAids & Dukes
A New Orleans native, Keia Hagler is a Business Consultant, mental wellness advocate, and founder of Craft It Consulting and AAA Healthcare. She co-founded Hagler Properties and holds degrees in Business Entrepreneurship and Biology from Southern University at New Orleans. Currently pursuing postgraduate studies at LSU-Shreveport, Keia is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., dedicated to promoting women’s mental health. Married to Dr. Brandon Hagler and mother to Jaxon, she enjoys sports parenting, cooking, traveling, and Pilates.
Originally from East Chicago, Dr. Brandon Hagler is a Dental Surgeon, entrepreneur, and founder of Eagle Family Dentistry and Medical Acquisitions. He co-founded Hagler Properties and specializes in Botulinum Toxins and Dermal Fillers. A graduate of Xavier University, Meharry Medical College, and LSU School of Oral Medicine, he balances his career with family life as a husband to Keia and father to Jaxon. In his free time, Dr. Hagler enjoys restoring Corvettes, playing pickleball, bodybuilding, and watching Chicago PD.
DIONNE HARRISON is a New Orleans native who earned a BS in Biology from Jackson State University. She is an avid Mardi Gras enthusiast and serves as a culture bearer of the city, performing as the trombonist of the all-female Original Pinettes Brass Band. Aside from traveling the world with her band mates, she also enjoys socializing with her closest friends and family. Dionne is honored to have been selected to serve as a maid on King Arthur’s court.
TYRONE G. JEFFERSON JR. is a respected preacher, teacher, and community leader from New Orleans. He serves as Senior Pastor of Abundant Life Tabernacle Full Gospel Baptist Church. Raised by his grandmothers, Yvonne King and Mildred Jefferson, he credits his success to them and his mother, Brenda King Smith. Bishop Jefferson earned degrees in Theology from the Inter Baptist Theological Seminary and a PhD in Pastoral Counseling from St. Thomas Christian University. He founded the Tyrone G. Jefferson, Jr. Scholarship Foundation and M.O.V.E., a voter education group. He also serves as a spiritual advisor to New Orleans’ first black female mayor and as Chaplain for the Louisiana State Police.
JESSICA COMAS is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee and is an avid supporter of the Volunteers, cheering them on with all her heart (and occasionally through tears). Jessica lives in Memphis Tennessee and serves as a Marketing and Communications Manager for a local government, where she is dedicated to enhancing community engagement. Outside of work, she loves to travel, volunteer in her community and make memories with friends and family. She is the proud dog mom to a Beagle-mix named Clover.
BRAD NICHOLAS is a native of Reserve, LA, but has lived in New Orleans for several years. He graduated from Southern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and has worked 26 years in the engineering and sales industries. He currently serves as the Regional Manager for Southeast LA Distribution Engineering with Entergy. Mardi Gras has always been a family affair for him since he was a child. He has ridden in a several parades over the years. However, his first ride with King Arthur was as a Duke in 2018 for King Arthur XLI and is honored to serve as Duke again for this year’s King Arthur and Queen Guinevere. In his down time, he enjoys traveling, football, hitting the gym and spending time with family and friends. Brad is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.
SHERRY PILKINTON is proud to serve in the Royal Court for the illustrious Krewe of King Arthur! She hails from the enchanted realms of Memphis, Tennessee, where she shares a home with her husband, Mark, and their two English Bulldogs, Wilbur and Harlow. She started her career with Delta Airlines and then moved into the chemical industry, where she has been a Senior Sales Account Manager for the last 25 years. In her free time, she relishes each moment spent with her four grandchildren, spoiling them in every possible way! Sherry fell in love with pomp and circumstance when, as a college freshman, she was crowned Miss Mississippi Teen World. Mardi Gras with its pageantry and over-the-top costumes was a natural progression! She is excited for this magical experience and deeply thankful to her Royal Highness Queen Guinevere for selecting her for the Court! Let the revelry begin and may the spirit of King Arthur reign strong this Mardi Gras Season!
BOBBY WAGSTAFF-MACKIE is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and is the second child of Mrs. Joella Spearman and Mr. Bobby Wagstaff Jr. Bobby has one daughter, Ms. Keronda Wagstaff and is the proud stepfather of Randolf Williams, Kokeeta Williams, and Aaron Williams of Baltimore, Maryland. In 2007, Bobby married Willie and then, in 2013, they opened The Page Bar in the French Quarter. The business quickly became a local favorite and has thrived. Bobby enjoys spending time with his friends and family and enjoying the southern culture of this city. He has truly become a New Orleanian and is so proud to serve as a Duke in the Royal Court for The Krewe of King Arthur.
PAM MANTOOTH, a Denver native, earned a degree in Personnel Administration from the University of Colorado. After a few years in the Oil and Gas Industry, her love of travel led to a career in aviation. Since 1986, she has worked as an international flight attendant and inflight recruiter for Continental (now United Airlines). What began as a short-term job became a 38-year adventure, allowing her to explore favorite cities worldwide and share memorable vacations with her nieces. A Denver Broncos fan, Pam enjoys family time at vacation homes and is excited to join the Krewe of King Arthur’s Royal Court.
DEREK A. SMITH, a proud native of New Orleans, Louisiana. Derek is now lives in Fort Worth, Texas, and is a flight attendant for one of America’s major airlines – bringing authentic southern charm to the friendly skies. In addition to his career in aviation, Derek’s passion for baking led to the launching of Cake Xscape Bakery, where he combines his culinary skills with the creative spirit of New Orleans. When he’s not soaring through the clouds or crafting delicious treats, Derek enjoys spending time with his husband, Chad Lawson, and their two rambunctious French Bulldogs. He also values his close relationships with both his chosen and biological family. And, of course, there’s always time for a little retail therapy! Hail King Arthur!
STEPHANIE YEAGER MCMANIC is an IT professional with a passion for travel and new adventures. In her downtime, she embraces her inner Disney adult, whether planning her next trip to the parks or participating in Run Disney events. In January 2024, she completed the Dopey Challenge, conquering 48.6 miles over four days, with most of her training done in her hometown of Memphis, TN, alongside her loyal German Shepherd mix, Grover. Stephanie’s daughter, Mary Anna, is also a Junior Maid in the Royal Court. Stephanie volunteers at Mary Anna’s school, particularly with the theater department, keeping her love for theater alive and catching glimpses of future Broadway stars. Stephanie cherishes moments spent with friends and family and she is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to ride with Queen Guinevere, her Alpha Chi Omega sorority sister—an experience that will undoubtedly become a core memory.
LLEYTON TROY, born on September 7, 1984, in New Orleans, Louisiana, is known for his resilience and dedication. Raised in a close-knit family of four children, he was shaped by the guidance of his mother, Darlene Johnson. A natural leader, he served as class vice president at L.W. Higgins High School, graduating in 2002. Lleyton joined the U.S. Air Force in 2004 and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University in 2011. Now, as Clinical Director of Operations for Nola Clinical Research Associates, he continues to impact healthcare and his community through leadership and service.
