Sir Lancelot III, DASHAWN HAYES, is a lifelong resident of Louisiana. He is the son of Gail Hayes and Paul Hayes. DaShawn attended LSU in Baton Rouge where he attained a degree in political science. Thereafter, he graduated from Southern University Law Center. Subsequently, DaShawn became licensed to practice law in Louisiana and California. In 2011, DaShawn founded The Hayes Law Firm, PLC that specializes in providing competent and zealous representation in the Media, Sports, and Entertainment industry. He is ultimate connoisseur of the arts, which includes film, fashion, and music. He strives to be a resource for artists, entertainers, and content creators by teaching them the legal and business side of the industry. He has hosted seminars throughout the city to accomplish this. DaShawn recently expanded his law office to Los Angeles, CA where he will continue to assist people in the entertainment industry to help cultivate their talents and dreams.
Sir Dagonet III, DR. STEVEN H. KENNEY JR., a native of New Orleans, La. is the son of Mrs. Linda A. McCray and Mr. Steven H. Kenney, Sr. Upon graduating from McDonogh #35 Senior High, Dr. Kenney matriculated and earned degrees from seven universities across three continents. As a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, Dr. Kenney currently serves as a senior administrator in higher education, as well as human resources consultant. As a published author and scholar, Dr. Kenney’s research focuses on African American men and education through the lens of societal and institutional challenges. Kenney’s civic engagement centers on providing support, guidance, governance, and mentorship within organizations dedicated to enriching the lives of underrepresented and/or underserved communities. Dr. Kenney is a life member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Alpha Phi Omega national service fraternity, and Sigma Alpha Pi (The National Society of Leadership & Success)
Lady of the Lake II, SYDNEY ADAIR LAPEYROLERIE, daughter of Dr. & Mrs. Jeffrey Lapeyrolerie of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, resides in New York City. Sydney is a graduate of Yale University and has an MBA from Wharton. She began her career as a buyer at Macy’s and is currently a Director at AlixPartners in the Performance Improvement retail consulting practice. Sydney works with fashion and apparel companies to achieve large-scale operating model transformations that improve financial performance. Her work on the “Future of Operating Models in Retail and Consumer Goods” was published and presented at the World Economic Forum meeting in Davos in 2018. Her love of New Orleans and Mardi Gras stems from many trips to visit her grandparents and family in Louisiana. Outside of work, Sydney enjoys cooking, watercolor painting, spending time with friends & family, and cheering on the Saints! Sydney and her sister Olivia have been members of the Krewe of King Arthur since 2023. Sydney is delighted to participate in the King Arthur’s Royal Court alongside several family members. She is excited to share her ride with her sister Olivia and her brother Marcus.
